Moira is the Angel Of Apocalypse.She was thee heir of the Apocalypse line of the angels.She is also one of the seven Supreme Council members and founder of the Tempest Kingdom.She not only excels at combat, but also possesses the 'Eye of Apocalypose' that can detect the flow of energy in all things. Moira knows about the divine laws a lot. In chapter 31, there was said that angels are probihited from giving birth to a child of mixed races. Because that, she know sees Theresa as an enemy because she was born with mix races which is Angel and a Dragon.
